Spotip ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Spotip mobile application and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our app.
By using Spotip, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Account information: username, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).
Profile information: profile photo if you choose to upload one.
Usage data: predictions, Saved Tips, favourites, pinned leagues, and in-app preferences.
Device and push notification data: device identifiers used by our push notification provider (OneSignal) to deliver match and tip alerts you opt into.
Technical data: app version, language preference, and general diagnostic information needed to operate and improve the service.

To provide football match data, AI tips, predictions, notifications, and personalised features.
To process subscriptions and in-app purchases where applicable.

We may share limited data with service providers who help us operate Spotip (hosting, analytics, push notifications, payment processing). These providers are bound to use your data only to perform services on our behalf.

We retain account information while your account is active. If you delete your account in the app, we disable your account and restrict access. Certain records may be retained where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.
You may update profile and password settings in the app.
You may disable push notifications in your device settings at any time.
You may delete your account from Profile → Settings. You can also request deletion online using the account deletion form on our website.

Spotip is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
