These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Spotip mobile application and related services. By creating an account or using Spotip, you agree to these Terms.
Spotip provides football match information, statistics, community predictions, AI-generated insights, and related content for informational and entertainment purposes.
Spotip does not operate as a bookmaker and does not accept real-money wagers through the app.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Spotip, especially where content relates to sports betting information.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Spotip complies with local laws.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for activity under your account.
You may not impersonate others, scrape or abuse the API, post unlawful content, or attempt to disrupt the service.
AI tips, odds, and predictions are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. They are not financial or betting advice.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information in the app.
Some features may require a paid subscription. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the respective store terms and refund policies.
You retain ownership of content you submit (comments, predictions, etc.) but grant Spotip a licence to display and operate it within the service.
We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
You may delete your account from Profile → Settings, or submit a request through our online account deletion form. Deletion disables your account and prevents future sign-in. Some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Spotip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spotip is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
